This three-part workshop series about radio waves and sound will culminate in the creation of a podcast by the children who participate. Grades 1–3

Do you know how a radio works? Why not make one? Create sound effects and record your voice. Bring everything together in a podcast!

You must be able to attend all three sessions.

  • October 20: Use Snap Circuits to explore radio waves, transmitters and receivers. Make a radio.
  • November 24: Explore the many aspects of sound and create your own. 
  • December 15: Record a "Winter Celebration" podcast.
