Minecraft Club FAQ:

Who can join Minecraft Club?

Minecraft Club is open to all players in grades 3–12. Registration is required for virtual open game play due to limited server space. We will need your Minecraft account username to give you access to the server.

Do I need my own Minecraft account?

Yes, you will need a valid Minecraft Java account. If you do not have one, you can purchase one at https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/store/minecraft-java-edition for $26.95. This is a one time purchase.

Unfortunately Console and Windows 10 Bedrock editions cannot join the server. We do not have guest accounts available at this time.

When should I show up? Can I leave early?

We will begin play at 3 p.m. You can arrive and leave at any time from 3 to 5 p.m., but open game play will automatically end at 5 p.m. 

What will you need to play?

You will need a computer or laptop, an internet connection and Minecraft Java Version 1.17.1 installed.

How do I join the game?

We will be emailing the server information to all registrants before the start of the program. We encourage you to add our email address, minecraft@fountaindale.org, to your contacts. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder and/or email us at minecraft@fountaindale.org.
