First-Aid Plants

Learn about common plants that can be used as bandages, to help treat wounds and to stop bleeding. You’ll even make a first-aid powder to stop bleeding from fresh cuts or wounds.
Wild Edible Plants

Learn about common plants that can be prepared as food, how to identify them and then sample some fruits. You’ll also receive an edible wild plant pocket guide.
