Get ready for ShortHaus Cinema's 3rd Annual Short Film Competition! All summer long, we're offering film-focused classes for you to stretch your skills as you work on your own short film to submit to the competition. Visit fountaindale.org/videocontest for contest details.

Introduction to Screenwriting
Thursday, June 4, 7–8 p.m. (Drop in)
Learn the basics of writing for the screen. You'll be introduced to a few programs that can help format your writing in screenplay format, and learn a few tips on how to translate the pacing of the written word to the screen.

Learn some basics in taking a final look at audio levels and image/color editing before exporting your film from Premiere. Also, get an overview of the ideal settings for exporting to YouTube or the big screen.
